Laserlight offers training courses with the sale of each device in the series Ink Hunter. We performed a theoretical and practical course which explains the basic concepts for proper manipulation of a laser. The focus is on safety for the applicator and the customer, as well as how to handle and maintenance that should have the machine. It offers training diploma after completing the course successfully.
How do we manage appointments?
Laserlight now offers a program management appointments, including a section for arranging the appointments before applying a session, customer history, the laser settings used in previous sessions and all together with a table to collect the signature of client digitally and integrated into your computer to issue mandatory informed consent sheets.
Laserlight own technical service available so that any questions about equipment or handling are answered quickly. We have stock of all pieces of equipment to act quickly in case of having to make any repairs. We can move to the facilities of our customers or collect equipment and repair at our facility. The normal waiting time is 1 to 2 days.
